How do you obtain this Level 2 NVQ diversity and inclusion? 

To achieve this level 2 equality and diversity qualification you must demonstrate your knowledge and understanding by completing the  mandatory unit.  Most importantly this qualification allows you to learn, develop and practice skills. Candidates can attain certification within two weeks of beginning the equality and diversity NVQ, or you can spread the overall qualification over a one period. Your eportfolio will consist of your all your evidence, including knowledge tasks, question and answers and professional discussion.  Once your assessor is satisfied as to your competency, your portfolio is passed to an IQA who will confirm that the qualification can be appropriately awarded. This is to prevent delays obtaining your certificate from the Awarding Body.

Entry requirements for this equality and diversity qualification? 

There is no set entry requirements for the Level 2 NVQ diversity and inclusion but candidates must have a good understanding of the English language. Photographic identification is also required to register on any of our NVQs.
