Health and safety qualification online is it for me?
Occupational health and safety NVQ online is suitable for those that have responsibility for health and safety in the workplace. If you are a supervisor, manager and wish to enhance your career, then this Health and Safety qualification is for you. This NVQ provides an opportunity to develop the competencies required for gainful employment and career progression for those who are already in employment. There is no exam and it is an alternative to the NEBOSH General.

How do you obtain this NVQ Level 3?
NVQ Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety is carried out via the elearning portal. Depending on individual’s circumstance, this health and safety level 3 NVQ can be completed from one month to six months. Candidates have 12 months access with full support when enrol with us. Each candidate is assigned to one of our experienced assessors who will provide guidance until the assessment criteria has been met.

What are the benefits of enrolling on this health and safety NVQ online? 
Our assessors can be contacted by telephone, email or through the online portal 7 days a week. Candidates are evaluated by distance learning workplace assessment for this Occupational Health and Safety. There are no exams and this is an alternative to the NEBOSH qualification. Assessment methods used for this NVQ consist of work based products, knowledge tasks, witness statements and professional discussion.

What are the entry requirements for this NVQ?
There are no formal entry requirements for this Level 3 Health and Safety Qualification however candidates must have a good understanding of English language. Candidates must also be in a position at work that allows them to meet the necessary requirements. We will carry out an initial assessment of the candidates skills and knowledge to identify any gaps. This will help us plan the assessment process to ensure the candidate meets the qualification specification.  Candidates must be 16 years old and working in a Health and Safety role for this Level 3 Health and Safety online. Personal requirements of every candidate are identified at the beginning of this Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety because coaching needs to be tailored towards the individual’s requirements.

Candidates on an IOSH-accredited programme/qualification are eligible for Student Membership during their studies and upon successful completion of the qualification, will meet the academic requirements for IOSH membership at either Associate, Technical or Graduate grade.
